#SSAmazingAcheivements 26/07/2015 Horse Riding Award

I’d mentioned previously that Sir was to be presented with an award at the school’s end of year ceremony. He got Horse Rider of the Year πŸ˜€

From never having been near a horse in his life he can now ride unaided, command the horse, jump over obstacles, trot and make the horse go in the right direction.

He was presented with a trophy that will stay at school, they will put a small plaque with his name on it and a certificate that he brought home.

When the Head Teacher announced it, Sir’s reply was “Where’s the horse?” πŸ˜€

I have since found out where he has been going and it isn’t very far away so I will be making enquiries to see if he can continue having lessons privately.

This week’s #SSAmazingAcheivements is hosted by Jeanette at http://www.autismmumma.com

  1. Well done Sir!
D loves horse riding and it’s so beneficial for SN children. Loved the “where’s the horse?” Fantastic progress for him.
Thanks for linking up with #SSAmazingAchievements
